The Chemistry Matters for GCE 'O' Level series is written in line with the 2023 GCE Ordinary Level syllabus by the Singapore Ministry of Education. The series is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in Chemistry and equip them with the knowledge and skills to achieve the goal of Science for Life and Society. The pedagogical approach of the series emphasises experiential learning with applications in real-life contexts. Students are guided to understand the Core Ideas, adopt Practices of Science and cultivate Values, Ethics and Attitudes in science.
